You will never find a more caring physician in todays day that first actually remembers your name and gives you time. Time to listen. And her staff including the front office staff actually make eye contact with you and smile almost unheard of in our valley

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Office staff seem to be overworked. No one returned my call when I first called to schedule an appointment and staff asked me to come 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork, but couldnt get me the paperwork until 30 minutes after I arrived. It took 40 minutes for me to see the Dr and I thought "she must take her time with patients." My first appointment was not very thorough. I also went to take a blood test and was told I would get the test results in 2 days, and thy never called me with them. I even called 2x concerned about the results and was never called back.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
