They didn't allow any questions. I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. After waiting one month for this appointment, I waited 4 hours to get in to see the doctor. She said she already had 5 check ups that morning. (Why would 5 people get my same appointment time?) They took my height and weight off my driver's license and left the room. (I have osteoporosis in my family and have never had my accurate height measured.) The sent me a bill for $150 and I explained it was a check up. They said she did not do a check up and would not make it right by doing a check up unless I paid double. I paid for the first one, and didn't receive it, why would I ask to try again? I asked to sign end of life directives and they were too busy. The office chairs were tied together and uncomfortable. At times there were no chairs available because the room was too crowded. No staff told me I would be waiting 4 hours. I kept having to go outside to move my car and they said hurry back or I would miss my appointment ??? !!!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.
