The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
