I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was there to fill a prescription but it took more than 5 follow up phone calls to get what I needed done. I have gone to this doctor for more than a year, but I am ready to change after this ridiculous run around for what should have been a simple problem.
