My mother was brought to Dr. Cooper by my father. My father knew something was wrong with her, she couldnt read, she was having trouble using her right hand & arm. He sent her home.
The next day my father took her himself to the hospital where she was admitted with a stroke. They also found stage 4 pancreatic cancer which has already spread.

Deceitful and inappropriate insurance billing practices. I was a Kaiser Permanente member for 16 years and decided to move to Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I was actually referred to Dr. Cooper by my previous physician. I made an appointment with the Doctor Cooper for no reason but solely meet/interview him. The meeting lasted no more than 10 minutes and I stated and felt that he would be a good fit. The Doctor informed me that there would be no charge as well as the receptionist. The practice billed my insurance regardless of this. I truly believe that the Doctor was not aware of this but one of his office staff was rude and belligerent which is a direct reflection of Dr Cooper. Although I paid nothing my insurance company did which is not right nor legal.
