Their prices were fair. The level of care you get is outstanding. All my questions were answered. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their staff is very knowledgeable, qualified, kind, caring and attentive to detail. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Dr. Anselmi is a great and dedicated family doctor. We are always able to see him as soon as needed. He seems to go out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He listens well, understands and respects our families requests, and provides excellent medical service.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
