I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
