Alternative, homeopathic, quackery. Dr. Jordan didn't take a complete history, didn't answer questions, and was curt to the point of rudeness. The practice also has an emphasis on cost, placing financial questions before health questions. Ironic, since accepted standard of care for conditions is going to be more effective and cost efficient than "all natural" options.

Her hormone and weight-loss clinic should have been a tip off, but I missed it.

I also noticed that her office hasn't made the transition to digital records, which I thought was legally mandated.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but they don't make much of an effort. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
