I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. i moved to Houston but i will drive to see my Dr Cortez

Monique Cortez is very demeaning and acts like she has better things to do than be in the patient room with you. She even outwardly laughed at me in an extremely demeaning way. I have a real problem that has been ongoing for months now and am far from hypochondriac, but really want to get to the bottom of what could be wrong with me. When I told her all of my symptoms she laughed and said they were not related. She treated me like an idiot and then left the room. Nobody returned for about 20 minutes and I didn't know whether to leave. Her communication is bad and she has zero respect for the patient. There are too many good doctors here in Austin than wasting your time with this one.
