I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
