The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I really prefer this office over others that I have been to. I'm not sensitive to the cold, but there has been many offices that I have been to that are ice houses. Dr. Garcia's office was not as cold as I expected it to be. I was very comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The P.A.'s are also fabulous and very respectful and pay close attention to your concerns. I recommend this office new patients.

They cancel on me all the time.

No, they were disgusting

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.

The doctor and the PA are the nicest , most professional, kindest people I have ever met. The office staff was responsive, everyone answered all of my questions and more. I felt confident that I was being taken care of and my health needs were very important to all of these people. I am going to tell everyone I know how great this doctor and office staff are. They allow walk in appointments also. I was even told several times that they hoped I felt better really soon!
