The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. But they overcharged me for the thing that my bcbstx insurance got cover. His staff members are not communicating well to refund for it.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
