I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Their staff was one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They were so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The office staff helped me get in an appointment as soon as I needed to. I'm very grateful. My experience with Dr. Kirven and her staff occurred from approximately 2005-2009; so needless to say, that I am speaking of her care and the staff she had at that time. I would like to go to her again, but unfortunately, she does not accept the insurance that I am currently on.

The receptionist did not relay messages to the doctor regarding a prescription refill. However, in person, their staff was friendly enough--however the milky window blocked the view of the receptionist to know whether patients had arrived or not, and when a patient, myself included, knocked on the glass, the receptionist acted as if we were interrupting her. I was basically satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged--because the doctor is so great.
