Dr. Brinkman is a fantastic doc for several reasons of which I will provide a few here. Sick appointments are readily available, front office staff is welcoming and very clear when directing patients to make the visit expedient but welcoming. Office itself is comfortable and not overly extravagant. Doc has a great sense of humor while treating the patient in every aspect. You almost get the sense that he cares about your child as an extension of his own family because of the questions he asks as he is diagnosing the issue. My boys have said they really like him because he's funny, which of course to a teenager means relatable. Dr. Brinkman has earned our trust and the right to medically treat my boys, which as a mom is a great honor to give to a doctor, right moms!

Getting prescriptions refilled is like an act of God. I have called four times for my last refill. First time they told me it was because I had not refilled the prescription, but to check with my pharmacy at noon..she would see if she could get it refilled. So I called the pharmacy and they said it came back to them patient unknown. So i called the office back and they explained they were on a new system and needed the oharmacy to fax the request instead of electronically submitting it. So I called the office again.....and they said the pharmacy was confused about the dosage....but they called the pharmacy and it was being processed. Well guess what I called the pharmacy this morning and they have no record of the precriprion. This back and forth has been going on for almost two weeks now and this Doctors office has taken no ownership of this issue. I get a different answer every time I call. You better believe I am going to find a different Doctor after this.
