I have been a patient of Dr Coates for over 14 years. The atmosphere makes you feel at home. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. He cares about his patients.I highly recommend him.

Be careful--If you ask any questions, he will charge you for an extended visit (even if it was only a 45 sec. discussion and a 5 minute appointment overall). Very busy office. We have gone there for years, but it is just getting worse. Switching doctors now ASAP! I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up.
