Doesn't listen or keep up with details. Looks for quick fix with drugs rather than looking for the root of the problem. Staff has repeatedly made mistakes and billing reminders are excessive.

Professional and courteous physician and staff. Easy to make urgent appointments. Average 5 min waiting room time. Thorough. Takes the time to listen, answers questions and works with patient to develop a game plan. Office is clean and functional but not fluffy. Accurate diagnosis with follow-up. Lab and x-ray results with interpretation reported promptly. Completely satisfied.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
