I have no trouble getting in to see Dr. Russell when I am sick. Even when the clinic is busy, they will work me in. I can count on Dr. Russell to be available whenever I need her. She even has an after hours phone line that she hands out so you can catch her on the weekends if you have an emergency.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

The staff was friendly, but the doctor was extremely rude and told us to get out that we had been there too long, I didn't feel welcome or wanted there. To top that off, she wasn't even courteous enough to introduce herself when she stepped in to tell us to leave. My husband and I were both there to try to establish her as our personal physician and were still answering the physician assistants' questions. Liked the staff but the doctor I have no use for. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt insulted and that the doctor thinks more about how to make lots of money but really doesn't care about her patients. This doctor appears to have her hand on any money making schemes as she can find...from general practitioner to skin care, spa, lazer hair removal and diet doctor. No wonder she has no time to see and talk to her patients; she views them as dollar signs not as people who came to her for help.
