Office manager was very rude. She talked more about herself than anything else.
The doctor was the same. Just went on and on about how wonderful he is. I suppose he has to tell people. They sure wouldn't think it on their own.
Won't go back.
Won't recomend.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

Dr. Duncan is amazing. I was his last appointment of the day and he sat down and talked with me for almost an hour about adult ADD. He special interest in diagnosing and helping people with ADD and he is very good at it. He used the paper on the examination table to diagram exactly what happened in the brain of a person with ADD and told me the history and pros/cons of each available medication. I couldn't believe how much care and time he took for me, a new patient! I will tell anyone I know to go to Dr. Duncan. He is truly good at what he does and it shows.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
