He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
