Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
