I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I was referred to her a few years ago and I absolutely love her! The reasons I think she is great is the following:

1.) She listens. Dr. Thomas is great at asking questions and finding out things I need to worry about.

2.) Doesn't over prescribe medications. One of the things I hate for doctors to do is to give me 10 prescriptions that I don't need every time I walk in the door. Dr. Thomas explains the benefits of taking one maybe two meds but doesn't hesitate to tell me that if I can tough it out I shouldn't bother getting it. I always wanted to find a doctor that tells me to suck it up if it's minor, give me what I need if it's major and that's exactly what Dr. Thomas does.

3.) Easy scheduling, no long wait times.

4.) She has everything digitalized with a great website. She emails me my results so I can look at my records on my own and google everything that I didn't bother to ask during the appointment.

5.) Fairly priced. I know that the rates and probably pre-negotiated by my insurance company but everything I've done there has seemed quite reasonable for the time involved.

Complaints:

Only complaint is that she outsources her lab work and because my high deductible only covers lab work done on site for my annual checkup, I always have to end up paying that portion of the expense.
