They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
