Dr Wilson is so down to earth and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and caring. This is the best family practice in Papillion - Omaha area.The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. The office is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
