Never, they are very reliable.

If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
She never answers her phone or calls back only deal with her associates/

I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

All four members of my family have now had appointmnets where we felt either dismissed, unheard, put off, or in my case left waiting itn the room for 15-20 minutes at a time while she took calls from another doctor in the afternoon. I am sure reaching other doctors on the phone is important, but so is the patient in the room paying for your time and attention. We were rushed out after all this because SHE was distracted and needing to finish other business. We are not going back. We put up with this for almost two years. Many of her patients are geriatric so maybe she just isn't used to doing anything but write perscriptions.
