Phone is always busy
Staff tells you that someone will call you back & 2-3 days later you get a call.
Staff calls you & leaves you a message to call them back. In less than 1-2 mins, you call back & the recording that the office is now closed & it is before 4pm.
Staff is very kind & helpful but MD rushes in & out before you get all questions answered.
