The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. They made some older people wait while they were talking on the phone. The phone conversation did not sound like it was work-related. My doctor could have been nicer but maybe he was just having a bad day or had just come from a meeting about getting his patients to "tow the line."

He is very helpful!!!! He doesn't just listen and push you away and tell you everything is ok. He is a very good doctor!
