Dr. Hoffman will terminate his services with you if you cancel an appointment with plenty of notice. I am a new mom and busy trying to catch up at work after returning from maternity leave. This happened even though it takes a month to get in to see him and his office staff either doesn't answer the phone half the time or forgets to take it off the recording when they come in in the morning or get back from lunch. Dr. Hoffman is not that great of a doctor. He missed diagnosing my chronic disease and depends on his little PDA thing to look stuff up all the time. He will also waste your time talking and telling you stupid stories that have nothing to do with anything, really. I wouldn't return to his office as a patient if my life depended on it.

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
