Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

For the record, this guy Ononuju is about an inbred, illiterate, moron, and I have no idea where he got his medical license. They must have given them out in boxes of Cracker Jacks sometime back.
For cryin out loud, this numbnutz can't even speak clear English. If you go see him plan on sitting 2+ hours in a filthy smelly waiting room full of welfare Mama's, and lots of ill mannered children running around spilling McDonald, and Burger King garbage everywhere. Also they make you piss in a cup before you get to see him. I never in my life heard of a Dr requiring a piss test for the privilege of seeing him. Consider the neighborhood I guess. After 2.5 hours wait in this mess, I get back in the office room only to have him tell me that he isn't taking anymore patients from Bay City. Why the hell couldn't they have told us that 3 weeks ago when we booked the appointment. My best advise is just stay away from this nut job. The place is filthy, broken down, and just plain gross. I consider him extremely incompetent.
