I've been other places in Terre Haute that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. People do make a difference: I will not go anywhere else for care. Everyone in the office always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for: And I do not mind the drive to get there. They know their patients and find out what they patient needs (and sometimes wants). They are amiable and always remember me, as if I was their best patient. Even when I am crumpy they know how to find out what ails me and what a reasonable solution is. They listen to various treatment strategies that I might research and we always have a focused and thoughtful as well as sincere and honest discussion. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Their patients are priority one.
