First off I wanna start off by saying that Carolina ocampo is thee nicest funniest doctor. She's very respectful, concerned and answers every question you may have about your health or any other topic. But the office staff and nurses are extremely rude. They never have a smile and seem irritated by you even coming to see the doctor. THE ONLY REASON I CONTINUE TO COME IS BECAUSE OF MY FREE HEALTH INSURANCE And because of my relationship with Ocampo but besides the free health insurance I would have switched doctors immediately due to the rude nurses and office staff.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. What I liked was how friendly the doctor was, but felt that the office staff doesn't really care whether the patients are helped or not. The nursing staff was wonderful. Regardless of the office staff I will be returning as the Doctor is wonderful. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned the doctor is for my well-being. Her advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
