I was his patient back in 1986-1988 in lower Sackville ns. he was the best I have ever had but that is so long ago now. After having had cancer and surgery on a lung and colon, I would love to have him back as it was then. You could talk with this doctor. It seems that the doctors now adays, don't talk to their patients like they use too. The doctors these days, ask what is wrong and if you can explain to their understanding, they push you out the door and they keep on doing it, until you look for another doctor. No one is like Dr. Mader use to be. He did take the time to listen and he cared. Not like the physicans of today!!

Saw this doctor at the Immediate Care in Franklin. He did not identify himself, insisted I was smoker since I was having wheezing - I haven't smoked in 30 years, then he decided to talk to me in a very condescending tone, stating if I took my meds correctly I wouldn't be there wasting his time. When I told him that was enough he kept up his tirade so my son took up my defense and Dr mader said he was taking a break and left. He refused to come back in the room until he heard me say that the longer he let me sit without being seen the more people I was going to complain to. Turns out it wasn't asthma like he assumed, my suggestion don't go to this man for your medical care. He has more ego than competence.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
