Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Wish I had not done so previously. Have discovered after four years, office staff is incompetent and you ALWAYS fall through the cracks!! And, they do not care if your script gets called in or your blood work results are given to you. They just say "you got overlooked!" Pretty sad. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Terrible customer service - only want your co-pay up front! Doctor a nice person, but her staff forget it - not worth your trouble!

I visited this office and unfortunately did not make it to see the doctor so I cant speak on her. But the office staff.... HOT MESS! When I showed up for my appointment I was informed by a young lady with a large underbite that my appointment was yesterday and since I was a new patient I could not be rescheduled be cause I was a no show. This conversation took place in front of a crowded waiting area..... Too bad their customer service sucks! well you wont get my co-pays!
