Her Staff is an extenstion of her and her services and reflects her in such a poor manner. The majority of her staff is rude, unprofessional, discourteous and lacks compassion. Most people are going to the Doctors because they are hurting, ill, and overall just not feeling well & the last thing you need is scowling, curt speaking individuals that act as if you are bothering them and interupting their day. I've been a long time patient of Dr Sargents and I feel as if she has taken on so many patients she has lost that genuine connection she was had with her patients. Its a rush in and rush out and move on to the next patient routine and she has lost that sincerity and genuine connection or passion for providing that good bed side manner that helps to heal as much as the medicine she prescribes.....She is the leader of this group and if she isnt projecting a compassionate enviroment her staff is not going to either..... Its disheartening.....

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
