Not that I have seen
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!

He is my primary care doctor. A few weeks ago I fell and later discovered I broke a finger. I called his office to ask if they could x-ray and treat me or should I go somewhere else? The nurse asked, "Did you do this at work or elsewhere?" Not thinking, I said, "I was walking toward my workplace." As soon as she heard the word "work," she told me that they did not deal with "workplace injuries" at all, and could not even discuss it because that could be construed as "medical advice." The fact is that I was walking through a closed Subway parking lot, about three steps from my workplace parking lot...so I was NOT "at work." I tried to explain this to her, but she replied, "No, no, you already said the magic word (work) so I can't talk to you." This is the height of unprofessionalism, and "customer" service. There is an element of stupidity on the nurses' part, too, but she was probably just following the orders of insurance people.
