I would go lower if possible. He has his own agenda which seems to be he is very important, and he has to move patients through the office. I feel he is trying to get by until he can retire. You really will have to get his attention to get your concerns expressed. I am overweight and he said my weight was fine. My health care, through a primary, is pretty simple, I don't require much attention, still the NP I saw before him was helping me with proper nutrition plans, she left the practice. I go with my husband to every appt. with Dr Bedel, My husband has been at that practice with another Dr. who retired. His first visit with Dr Bedel was after an ER visit for what turned out to be a blood clot. Dr Bedel would not answer other concerns, he said look you are here for a clot, I can prescribe you a blood thinner. He had not read the chart at all other than my husband had been to the ER, not one thing was reviewed in his chart to see if there was a history on issues that would cause the clot. My husband has other health issues that he would come to the Franklin practice for. By default, he had to see Dr Bedel every few months. He said you are overweight, lose weight. We got conflicting communication on if he was diabetic or prediabetic, all we pretty much heard from this Dr. was lose weight, don't eat carbs. When we reached out through the portal to ask a question about where we could get more information on diet through Kettering Health Resources and if my husband should check his blood sugar at home, another Dr asked why he wasn't, the response was, "we talked about it, see you in 3 months." I went to every appointment; it was NOT discussed. The solution was taking a med and lose weight, only diet discussed was reduce carbs. TERRIBLE Doctor. We have found great care elsewhere.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
