They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Jenrette is the best doctor ever. She absolutely saved my life. Her staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommend her.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
