They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

I have seen Dr. Fitkin for many years. I feel like he knows me and always remembers me when I see him.. After spending three years going from physician to physician with no results, I found Dr. Fitkin. He listened to me and ordered an xray. He diagnosed my problem quickly and resolved my health issue. Whenever I call his office, I get immediate service. I'm so happy to have found this doctor. It makes going to the doctor a pleaure, instead of a chore.
