I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
