They cancel on me all the time.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

I have contacted office about over prescribing of narcotics and controlled substances and they ignore my complaints. They have at least one patient and I am sure many more that sells their medication before they ever get home with it. I am referring to a 70 something year old grandmother from Marshall County that I know for a fact is doing this. She has sold to my son on numerous occasions. If this does not stop not only will I report the woman but also the doctor. She gave drugs to her own granddaughter who was an addict that commited suicide last year. THIS MUST STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, there was no annoying music

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
