I like Dr. Potts but the staff and the efficiency of the office leaves a lot to be desired. Why you can't make an appointment for blood work is beyond me. You have to wait in line and then apparently be bumped by patients getting out of their appointments to see the doctor. Plus you have to call back usually more than once for the test results. Very inefficient and frustrating for people who don't have hours to wait in the waiting room.
