Dr. Stalcup is very nice and attentive. She listened and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The office and the staff are warm and welcoming. I had a great experience. The appearance of the office is modern and clean. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance.I would have given her 5 stars but the ratings wouldn't let me give her any more than 4.5 stars. I used to live in Florida and had many primary care physicians of which all were severely lacking. I was pleasantly surprised and now grateful and thankful to have found a great primary care physician immediately upon moving to TN. I was afraid I would have to switch around a lot like I did in FL. Thank you Dr. Stalcup for caring about my health!

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Dr. Staci ROCKS!! She and her staff are awesome. She is always running on time and I have never had to wait. She is extremely detail oriented, very caring and professional.
