They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
