They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They are nice but sometimes overbooked. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Dr Schott is a wonderful Dr. and spends extra time with every patient. His staff was very friendly and made me feel like family.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Especically his office manager she has a nasty attitue and caused Dr Schott to drop me as a patient. My mom and I have been going to him for many years and because of her attitue my mom is considering switching phichisians.
