The office staff working for Dr Ashley is far from professional. They do not respond to pharmacy refill requests.
They do not greet the client in a friendly manner
They do not throughly vet the client for purpose of visit
They do not seem compassionate
They do seem very aloof and withdrawn from the waiting clientele.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
I couldn't qccurately answer the question about overbooking because they allow walk-ins which is great. You may have to wait as a walkin but if you are scheduled you usually get ion close to appointment time.
They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
