The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. I'm absolutely sure I'll make another appointment with this provider. The staff does not follow through with getting things taken care of and often other appointments have to be cancelled because they do not get the paperwork taken care of in time. Every month I consistently have to call them and the insurance company to make sure that authorizations have been submitted and approved so that appointments the office has made with other specialists can be kept

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
