Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
