The doctor and assistant were extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their staff was not that friendly, felt like I was bothering them, didnt smile, I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe/clean and well taken care of. The doctor and assistant really did go above and beyond to make me feel special. It seems to me that the doctor really cared about their clients.

Dr. Hayes is without a doubt the best dr. I have been to. he is extremely knowledgeable and caring. he takes the times to really listen to you. unfortunately, we had to move north and know I will not find such a dr. to replace him. I give him 10 stars.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
