Dr. Kinsella is one of the few doctors I've been to over the years for multiple things (from psychological issues, to stomach pain, etc. He is truly understanding and will spent all the time with you that you need, just make sure you ask the questions and have them ready beforehand, because they get VERY busy down there! I also know him personally though a good friend, and I can say that not only is he an expert in everything he does, I truly believe he puts the same amount of effort into his patients that he does with those in his personal life. Will be sad when he retiresl
The staff really needs to be worked on. I feel somewhat badly saying this, because they're all sweet girls, but so many of them are fresh out of high school, or possibly still IN high school. I once had a prescription I had to have filled RIGHT AWAY (insurance was being stupid and needed approval from the dr. to fill it, Walgreens had already faxed them). I gave them a few days. Then I call back, and turns out instead of putting my prescription in the doctor's message box, where they can read it and sign off on it, they put it in the BACK ROOM, for filing prescriptions.
It's honestly a lot quicker getting in to see the doctors than it is checking out. And by checking out, I mean simply collecting the prescriptions that the dr. wrote me, and telling them, "I'll call back next month for another appointment." I have insurance & co-pay is taken BEFORE your appointment. It takes them 15 min (on a good day, even with no one waiting in front of you) to call you to check out. They like to gossip (really, that is what it is).
It's worth all that BS though for Dr. Kinsella, and for Dr. Malone as well! :)

dr. kinsella is the rudest, most uneducated, incompotent doctor i have ever come accross. Not only did I wait 4 hours to see him. I was shockingly disappopinted with his treatment.
I came in for a simple medical situation and requested his oppinionon seeing a specialist , to which he was clueless as to which route to take, and prescribed some what of a " bandaid" to the problem. At that point I pleasently asked him what he thought about a more proactive approach, by finding out the problem , rather than a reactive approach , i e not treating the symptom. The man honestly lost it. It was like Jehkyl and hide. Similar to someone flipping a switch.
His response was disturbing to say the least. he proceeded to slam my chart on the exam table , tilted his head side ways, and shouted" What the hell do you expect me to do, I cant solve your problems if I keep placing barriers in the way." Wanting to know the cause of an issue is hardly a barrier. Needless to say, that after his rudeness, there were words exchanged that were less than professional on both of our parts. ( Ill own that ) however, when I go to a physician whos job it is to be professional, I dont expected to be scolded for asking questions about my health.
He is clearly a man who has issues of his own that need to be worked out.
In the 2 other unfortunate appointments with him he was less than par on his diagnosis and treatment of a minor sinus infection, offering NO insight or expertise on anything. I think Dr. Kinsella is an elderly doctor who is easily confused on the most minor of issues and his lashing out at patients is only a symptom of his ignorance.
So in closing I would like to offer my condolences to anyone who seeks medical attention for this clearly unstable man. good luck.

Worst doctor I've ever seen. He's a jerk. Left the room abruptly...I didn't know if he was coming back or what, he didn't. As far as he was concerned, the appointment was over. Never addressed any of the issues I came to see him about. Would NEVER recommend him to anybody. This is the first time I've ever seen a doctor and felt worse than when I came in.
