One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
