Dr Roldan is a very caring doctor, as I have been going to her for many years. She truly cares about you as a person, in addition to your health issues. Some may feel she is not warm and talkative, but she is listening to your health issues and thinking about a solution before she addresses it. She also prints out tips for you to help take better care of yourself.

If she ever retires, it will be very hard for me to replace her...

Just simply not there... Wait times are incredibly long. She does not care about your schedule, plan to wait a long time, well after your scheduled time. Been with here more than a year, time to go.

I ran out of my medication and the office staff was little to know help as well..

Bottom Line:
Find someone else.

I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
